Cycle times: which events run the fastest quals

New page, Cycle Times, that ranks every event by how fast it ran qualification matches, going back to 2015. Cycle time is the average time from one match start to the next, with lunch and overnight breaks left out, so field faults and slow resets still count against an event.

Games schedule different cycles, so each season is ranked on its own. You can also group by district, state or country to see which regions run the tightest ship, and each event shows how far behind schedule it usually ran.

The All seasons view ranks events by where they placed each year. Since 2015, the DTE division at Michigan's state championship, Great Northern and Granite City have been the most consistently fast.
